Is Your Soul Tired?
Feeling Mentally, Physically, or Emotionally Drained? The Blessism for Rest is the Perfect Antidote for a Tired Soul.
We all have times in our life when we feel mentally, physically, or emotionally drained.
Life can be very challenging, especially for anyone going through a difficult healing or recovery process. Sometimes we just need to stop and rest and forgive ourselves for not being perfect.
The Blessism for Rest is the perfect solution for a tired soul. Give yourself permission to rest this week. It’s not always necessary to get things done. If you are feeling down, take the night off, treat yourself to a soothing cup of tea, and repeat this Blessism. Your body and soul will thank you!
Blessism for Rest
I bless and forgive myself for not being perfect.
I know I have done or tried to do my absolute best.
I am NOT lazy.
I am NOT STUCK.
I am NOT unmotivated.
My soul is tired.
It’s OK to rest.
I can now see that constantly living in survival mode has drained my energy.
This is a powerful lesson of compassion.
I am grateful for the lessons I have learned over the last few years, and I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I am ready to let go of any expectations I may have regarding the path forward.
I commit to taking the time every day to appreciate each precious moment.
That is a beautiful gift.
Today I let go of everything that is no longer serving my highest good.
