Being Zen does not require any effort whatsoever on my part.
As Buddha once said, those who are awake, live in a state of constant amazement.
To a mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders.
I honor my willingness to just be one with the many experiences of life – whether they are painful or pleasing.
I bless my ability to stay calm through the midst of any storm or turbulent situation.
I am forever grateful, deeply blessed, and divinely guided by spirit.
I am filled with the breadth of this healing power.
Every day I strive to tap into that state of calm consciousness that stems from the inner intuition and realization that I am already on the journey to Zen.
This journey liberates me and frees me.
Each morning, I am born again.
What I do today is what really matters the most.
