Sometimes it’s difficult to find that sense of peace when you are going through a difficulty or challenge.
The great thing about BLESSisms is the fact that you can use them even when you’re not feeling so great.
So many of us get used to living in the struggle, that it’s difficult to really imagine a life where you are living in resonance with everything you want, need, and desire. Why is this such a challenging thing?
The fact is that the human mind has a natural bias toward negativity.
The world reiterates this every day, from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep. The world can be terrifying. However, that doesn’t mean we have to accept it. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t continue to bless ourselves and the world around us. It only takes one small act of kindness to start a movement. Every positive thing you do shifts everyone around you. That’s the real secret. It all starts with YOU.
If you’re feeling stressed or anxious and going through something painful, one of the simplest things you can do is to take a moment to express some gratitude for your healing journey.
With every positive loving thought and intention, you allow your body to heal a little bit more. Every tiny moment of peace you can find will be more than worth the effort.
