Developing Patience

Welcome back to Mindful March! Today’s Blessism is all about patience, which we could all use a little more of these days.

Learning how to be more patient, can help you cope better with everyday challenges in life.

Practicing Blessisms on a regular basis is a wonderful way to manage stress and anxiety in a healthy manner.

Those who practice mindfulness on a regular basis may even be better able to focus on the present moment and less likely to ruminate and worry and think about negative thoughts and experiences.

The best thing about Blessisms is the idea that you can practice them in many different ways, from using them in prayer or meditation to repeating them like an intention or affirmation.

One more reason to celebrate the idea of Blessisms!

Blessism for Patience

I bless all the past and present times when I may have lacked or lack patience.

I bless my ability to be patient and kind with myself and others.

Consciously perceiving situations in which I am impatient, helps me develop character and strength.

Learning how to be more patient, helps me cope better with everyday challenges in life.

May I find the courage I need to remain calm no matter what is happening around me in any given moment.

Living in the present moment allows me to free myself from any burdens of my past.

This is my new truth.
