The Art of Non-Judgment

We are all guilty at one time or another of judging people unfairly which is why we created the Blessism for non-judgment.

We not only judge others, but we also judge ourselves.

Practicing non-judgment is a wonderful way to live your life.

Sometimes when we judge others, we are really judging those qualities within ourselves that we don’t necessarily like.

Freeing yourself from judgment is life-changing.

The next time you feel yourself judging someone, take a moment to stop and put yourself in their shoes and bless them instead.

Blessism for Non-Judgment

I bless all those times in my life when I may have judged myself or others unfairly.

I strive to live a life of non-judgment and unconditional love.

I bless all those who ever judged me unfairly today.

I send them love and kindness.

I strive to practice non-judgment, within every precious moment.

I love myself and others unconditionally today.

When things get rough, mindfulness reminds me that everything will be just fine.

This kind of freedom from judgment is life-changing.

As I let go of the judgments, the criticism, and the negativity, I experience a deep sense of joy.

As I honor the present moment, life begins to flow with joy and ease.
