I bless and am extraordinarily grateful for my ability to live in the present moment.
Today I Intend to do one thing at a time.
If I feel overwhelmed, I will take a step back and BREATHE.
I bless my breath and my body’s ability to breathe deeply.
Within each moment of anxiety or stress, there is also an opportunity to sit with the breath.
With each wonderful breath, I consciously let go of the stress and breathe in the peace, tranquility, and joy all around me.
Today is a beautiful sacred gift.
With every breath, I let go of the old, and welcome in the new.
