Ridding Your Life of Naysayers
We all know a few naysayers – naysayers are people who criticize, object to or oppose something. The truth is we live in a world full of naysayers. Everyone has an opinion, and people aren’t always tactful or kind, especially if you are someone who has taken a different path.
One of the first things you should do, when thinking about creating something new, is to ignore the naysayers and bullies.
The only opinion you need is your own. Humans are wired for negativity and we all have a negativity bias. Having said that, the more time you spend encouraging yourself and others and the more times you strive to have an optimistic outlook, the easier it will be to think positively going forward.
Blessism for Optimistic Outlook and Ridding Yourself of Naysayers
I bless my ability to see things in a positive light.
I bless my optimism.
I know my light is always stronger than my darkness.
I bless my ability to overlook the naysayers and be open-minded and to look for things that feel good every day.
I bless my ability to squeeze every last drop of pleasure I can get out of each beautiful day.
May my dominant intention always be to see things in a positive light, no matter what I am doing, who I am doing it with or wherever I am going.
I bless the naysayers and strive to surround myself with other positive, like-minded people.
I may not be able to change the direction of the wind, but I can change myself and altar my sails to reach my destination!
That is the power I have.
