In this session, we will be looking at some ways to manage strong emotions during the healing and recovery process.
It can be difficult dealing with strong emotions. Many of us were taught to suppress our emotions, in order to keep the peace. We learned to eradicate our pain, instead of exploring it and inviting it in.
Using a tool like mindfulness, you can learn to transform your emotions and process your emotions.
Putting a label on your emotions and acknowledging them is a powerful process.
As part of this session, we’ll also be working with a few of the Mindful BLESSisms from week 4.
