This month is all about body love, self-love, and confidence.

When was the last time you loved yourself and your body without guilt, criticism, or blame?

Many of us have a love-hate relationship with our bodies. We constantly self-criticize. We compare ourselves to unrealistic standards. It’s time to stop. It’s time to start loving your body for everything it does for you day in and day out. Your body is so deserving of love. Every hurtful thought or word impacts your ability to heal.

Setting the intention every day to accept, align and awaken to your greatest and highest good is a great way to love, honor and bless your body.

When you start thinking of your body as a conscious living being, it changes the way you feel. The fact of the matter is your thoughts are powerful. You are powerful. The more you love your body, the easier it will be to move forward into a state of health, happiness, and healing. When it comes down to it, our self-talk can be very damaging.

Taking a moment every day to send yourself a little dose of self-love and confidence can help you love yourself and your body more.
