What would it feel like to let go of all those expectations about your life? At what point do you need to let go of how you think you should be and embrace what and who you are?

We all have big dreams and goals for ourselves and our lives. As humans, we are wonderfully complex.

You are not who you are today as a result of your past, but because of your past.

By letting go of who you used to be, you allow your authentic self to emerge, instead of continuing to conceal it behind an imagined self.

I vow to let go of any and all preconceived notions as to how I think I should be, or who I should be.

I make a commitment to myself to live in the present moment and to embrace each new day.

I bless any and all failures, missteps and wrong turns I have made.

I have complete faith the universe is guiding me to exactly where I should be with every step I take.

I bless any and all difficulties I have experienced over the years.

Difficulties are often blessings in disguise.

I am grateful for this powerful lesson in letting go and I am ready to let go of how I think my life should be.

I give myself permission to embrace difficulties with grace and ease.

Today I let go of all problems and welcome in new solutions as I learn to live in the moment and in the beauty of each magnificent day!
