Letting Go of Worry
Do you have difficulties letting go of worry? Do you live in a continual state of stress and anxiety? Are you looking for some peace of mind?
If so, you are going to love this Sleepscape Journey for Letting Go of Worry.
In this session, you can relax and let go of any stress, anxiety, or worry as you practice breathing deeply and scanning the body.
We all get anxious at one time or another and stress and anxiety are something we all need to deal with.
We usually only become aware of something like anxiety when it begins to overwhelm us in some way. Worry and anxiety can make you feel nervous, tense, tight and extremely anxious, and overwhelmed.
Taking that time to be present can help you deal with anxiety in a healthier manner. Breathing into your anxiety and practicing mindfulness can help you more than you might imagine.
Mindfulness helps you focus on the present moment in time, which can help you create some much needed space in your mind.
This relaxing session is 60-minutes long, with 20-minutes of Leslie’s soft voice and 40-minutes of music only. The accompanying music is light, cheerful, and dreamy.
You may use this at night before going to sleep to help you calm your mind and relax your body, or you may use this as a lovely meditation.
