A regular practice of gratitude and appreciation helps to keep the small things in perspective. In this high-stress world we all live in, it’s easy to lose sight of how large the small things really are.

I honor my body’s ability to regulate my hormones for my optimal state of health and well-being.
I bless my organs for everything they do to keep me healthy, happy, and healed.
I bless my body and the innumerable functions which allow me to live, eat, breathe, and play.
I bless the miracle of my human body which works beyond my wildest imagination.
I bless the millions of chemical reactions that take place every day that allow me to live, work, play and serve.
I am grateful for the miraculous joy of this process.
