Gratitude Changes Everything!

How often do you remember to stop and express some gratitude for those things in your life you feel grateful for?

Our next Blessism for Mindful SurThrival is the Blessism for Gratitude.

Some of the best times to express gratitude are those times when you don’t feel so grateful.

Life can certainly be extraordinary, but it can also be mundane. Taking a moment every day to stop and appreciate the good things in life as well as honoring the bad things can shift your mindset almost immediately.

You can find gratitude within each life lesson and turn them into Blessisms!

And remember, everything that happens, ‘good’ or ‘bad’ shapes your destiny in a beautiful way.

Blessism for Gratitude

I am blessed and grateful for all the extraordinary moments in life.

I also bless and am grateful for the moments that may not have been so extraordinary.

I appreciate the good things in life just as I honor the bad things.

Life is an extraordinary moment all on its own.

I am grateful for my ability to grow and see things in a new way.

I can find gratitude within each life lesson and turn them into blessings!

Everything that happens, ‘good’ or ‘bad’ shapes my destiny in a beautiful way.

Thank you!

Invitation to Blessisms

BLESSisms are an excellent way to find joy in difficult times. When you start focusing on those moments of joy, you realize how far you have already come. You start feeling grateful for the challenges you have overcome. You tap into new sources of strength and resilience.
