Finding Joy Again
You cannot look for happiness or joy within someone else if you don’t first experience that joy within yourself.
Relationships offer us so much. But with happiness and joy, sometimes comes sadness and pain.
Choosing to focus on the joy can help you appreciate the journey you’ve been on.
When you feel stressed, it’s important to understand that external circumstances are not always to blame for your unhappiness.
Times of stress are a great time to step back and reevaluate what you might need to change to start improving your situation.
You are responsible for your own happiness and your own joy.

I bless all the times of sadness and all the times of joy.
Like the yin and the yang, I need both darkness and light to appreciate the contrast.
I am committed to growing through difficult times.
Looking back at all of the relationships in my life, I can see there were times of great joy, even in the darkness.
I understand that external circumstances are not always to blame for my unhappiness.
I bless and send love to all those times when I may have struggled.
This is a great time to step back and reevaluate what I might need to change to start improving my situation.
