Finding Gratitude in Difficult Times – Blessing illness, Disease and Pain and Using it as a Catalyst for Growth.
With all our medical knowledge and technology, we still don’t know for sure why some people get a disease like cancer and others don’t. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason that determines who is going to get sick, and who is not.
Blessisms can help you find the gratitude and joy, even in the darkest of times.
If you find yourself going through a health challenge, take a mindful moment and bless your body and ask to be made aware of any blessing within the disease, illness, or pain.
Doing so, is a wonderful way to use cancer and other diseases as a catalyst for growth. Tune into the love and compassion that is all around you with this lovely Blessism.
