It’s easy to feel happy, grateful, and blessed when things are going well but much more challenging to find the gratitude and blessing in the heartbreak, disappointment, or struggle.
It goes without saying that many of us have struggled and are still struggling with difficult times.
One thing you can do during difficult times and times of great stress is to bless the journey and bless those parts of yourself that may still feel broken or challenged.
Taking the time to love yourself and bless yourself, can help you face challenges with much more empathy and compassion.
