This month’s content is all about cultivating healthy, loving relationships.
Relationships offer us a huge opportunity for blessings and an opportunity to send love out to everyone, especially those people who may aggravate or annoy us!
Our first Blessism is the Blessism for acknowledgment. Relationships aren’t always easy, and sometimes they can be downright stressful.

Blessism for Acknowledgement
I bless, acknowledge, and give thanks for ALL of the relationships in my life, the good, the bad, and the hurtful.
With these words, I set the intention to start cultivating healthier relationships by sending everyone a dose of loving-kindness.
I acknowledge and am grateful for all of those relationships for what they taught me along the way.
I am also learning how to love and accept myself more. It all starts with me.
I am blessed and honored for everyone I have met over the years who taught me a valuable life lesson.
I bless and am grateful for all those relationships that have challenged me.
I can now see that relationships offer me a huge opportunity for blessings.
I send love out to everyone, even those who may aggravate or annoy me.
What a powerful lesson in contrast.
