Taking a moment to bless everything you might be struggling with, can help you learn, and change, and grow and most of all adapt.
This Blessism is also a great one to practice to help you live in the present moment.
Research has shown that mindfulness not only helps reduce stress and anxiety, but can also help improve cognitive flexibility, and emotional reactivity.
Blessism for Adaptability and Resilience
I bless all the challenges I have gone through in my life.
I am grateful for the lesson of adaptability.
As I learn to adapt, I strengthen my sense of resolve and develop resilience.
I can now see that challenges have helped me learn and adapt and grow.
Looking back shows me how strong I truly am and what a miracle it has been to have made such progress.
Today is a sacred gift.
Today I strive to live in the present moment.
